The Gentle Return Workshop was created for that moment.

This is not about intensity.
Not about fixing.
Not about forcing transformation.

This is about returning — gently.


What Is The Gentle Return?

The Gentle Return is a somatic-based workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and nourishing.

Through guided movement, breath, Hypnosis and reiki we work with:

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Lymphatic movement
  • Fascia hydration
  • Emotional release
  • Mind–body reconnection

This workshop blends somatic awareness with lymphatic movement principles — because when the nervous system softens, the body flows.

And when the body flows, healing begins.


Why “Gentle” Matters

Many of us have been taught that healing must be hard.

Push harder.
Dig deeper.
Sweat more.
Cry more.
Do more.

But the body does not heal through force.

It heals through safety.

Gentle movement activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the rest-and-repair state. This is where inflammation reduces, digestion improves, lymph drains, and tissues soften.

Gentleness is not weakness.
It is wisdom.


What You’ll Experience

During The Gentle Return Workshop, you’ll move through a carefully guided sequence that may include:

  • Grounded somatic movement
  • Breath-led transitions
  • Slow, intentional mobility
  • Restorative pauses
  • Hypnosis

You will not be asked to perform.
You will not be pushed past your edge.
You will be invited to listen.

The focus is not on how it looks.
The focus is on how it feels.
