Welcome — I’m Melissa McLaughlin, and I’m so glad you’re here.
The Regulation Room was created especially for high-functioning women and caregivers who are living with chronic illness, chronic pain, or a nervous system that feels stuck in fight, flight, or freeze. If you’ve been dealing with anxiety, burnout, sleep disturbances, inflammation, or a constant sense of being “on,” this space is for you.
This is a place where we slow down and come back to the body.
Each week, I’ll be going live on Facebook to explore concepts related to:
- Nervous system regulation
- Lymphatic flow and support
- Somatic awareness and body-based healing
These live sessions will also be uploaded to YouTube, so you can watch the replay whenever it works best for you — no pressure to keep up or be live.
Beyond education, The Regulation Room is about reflection and discernment. We’ll take time to explore where your body is right now and what it truly needs in this season — not what society tells you should be happening, but what is supportive and sustainable for you.
In the weeks ahead, I’ll also be sharing more about my new method, which weaves together nervous system care, lymphatic support, and lived experience with chronic illness and recovery.
This space is here to support regulation, clarity, and reconnection — gently and consistently.
